We have one of the most experienced Professional Services team in the region with over 60 implementations to a broad variety of industry verticals. To meet the specific e-Learning and productivity platform requirements of customers in Australia and New Zealand, SumTotal has developed the Accelerated Deployment Approach (ADA) to implement its solutions. ADA is a quick, efficient and low risk method of implementing LMS, by deploying of “out of the box” learning business processes embedded in LMS. By tightly defining the project scope and timelines, ADA can be implemented quickly, with the guidance and expertise of the SumTotal Professional Services team.

When the system implementation requires changes beyond the Implementation Packages, our Professional Services team will work with each customer to understand their unique business needs and challenges. In tandem, we develop a plan that leverages the available resources within the customer’s organisation and supplement those with key skills within SumTotal, to minimise project risk and maximise business benefit. Providing skills related to system configuration, project management, report creation, course development, change management, we have successfully worked with our customers of different size and types.
